How long will it take to receive my cold plunge or sauna?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with transit taking 5 to 8 business days after that. Total delivery time is typically 6 to 11 business days from order date. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your order the entire way.

Do you offer free shipping on cold plunges and saunas?

Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and package size. Please see our Shipping Policy page for full details.

What is your return policy for cold plunges and saunas?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a refund per our Return Policy.

Absolutely. If you would like to swap for a different cold plunge or sauna model, reach out to our team and we will coordinate the exchange. We just ask that the original item is unused and in its original packaging before arranging the swap.
